Tailored Planning

Every client’s home and scenario is different and so too should be our response to your brief. We keep our processes consistent, but tailor our approach to your specific project, guiding you in the appropriate direction to best serve your needs.

Preliminaries & Design

Following a consultation and site inspection
(remote options available), we work collaboratively with you to design your new spaces.

We provide 2D drawings of any new design work and can also provide 3D images helping you to visualise and determine design options.

If your project is substantial and requires Town Planning or Building Permit applications, we engage with our external consultants to assist with the required documentation.

Construction

Form and Frame oversee all aspects of your project’s construction, including demolition and site preparation, sourcing materials, structural assembly and all of the finishing touches.

We engage our trusted team of trades to bring your project to fruition.

All materials used by Form and Frame are of the highest quality and comply with Australian Standards AS 1684.4 Residential Timber Frame Construction

Pricing & Management

From the first brief of your project we can begin to provide price guides to keep you informed and aware of costs.

Knowing your budget, alongside your priorities, is crucial to obtaining the best results. If you are unsure and don’t know what your budget is, we can guide and educate you using examples of other recently completed projects.

Once officially engaged, we manage all of the planning and scheduling for your project and can organise the procurement of appliances, fixtures and fittings.
